Onsite Support

Never worry about your IT maintenance costs again. Our onsite package includes weekly on-site routine checks and site visits as required at no extra charge! There are no additional costs other than parts.

• Only £80 per user per month
• Includes all of the Remote Support package benefits
• FREE weekly scheduled engineer visits
• FREE emergency site visits, where faults cannot be resolved via remote access

Project Work

Wait there is more! As one of our contract clients you are also entitled to reduced project work rates starting at only £70 per hour. This type of work includes things such as:

• New hard and software installations including server replacements
• Office moves
• Auditing/PCI compliance
• Disaster recovery planning
• Penetration testing
• Other group policy changes

*On-site visits will be charged at the reduced cost of £85 per hour and are only necessary where faults cannot be resolved remotely (i.e. faulty equipment)
Minimum package 10 users.
For less than 10 users please call for a quote.
