New Server Installation Case Study

The Company - A Business and Technology Recruitment Agency with 6 users based in London City Centre

The Scenario

The company has a current Server which is now "end of life"

The Requirement

To replace the current Server with new hardware and operating system (Microsoft Small Business Server 2008)

The Solution

Prosyn divided this Case into 3 Phases. The first was a full day of Preparation which involved reviewing the data stored on the current Server as well as doing the physical build of the New Server. Phase 2 was the Migration Phase during which all data was migrated over to the New Server. The final phase was a Handover in which Prosyn engineers were available onsite to follow-up and provide assistance.

The Result

Customer now has a faster more reliable Server which in the long run will be very cost effective.
