How much do you charge?
Our engineering rates start at £85 per hour and our maintenance contracts start from £199 for a 10 user site with an 4/8 hour guaranteed SLA (4 hour for critical network down). We do however understand that business’s also come in different sizes and the number of employees varies. We therefore can tailor contracts to suite your needs. What qualifications do your engineers hold?
Our engineers hold a wide range of qualifications including Microsoft, Cisco, VMware, RSA and security qualifications. We do feel however that experience is often as important as paper qualifications and to this end we follow an intensive in-house training regime.

Will my network be monitored with your contracts?
Yes all of our contracts come with free network monitoring software. This tells our staff on an hour by hour basis if anything critical is failing and we inform you often before you know you have a problem. Further to this less critical items are checked once every 24 hours.

Do you come to us?
Yes, we do, and you are more than welcome to come and see our offices and staff in Old Street. All appointments are made to fit the needs of your business. On occasion that we support clients out of reasonable travel range we are happy to have conference calls or to present to you in a range of suitable technology.

Do you provide telephone and remote support?
Yes we can provide a range of remote support options.

Do you offer 24/7, 365 days support?
Not all business’s and corporate firms require 24/7, 365 days support and we therefore offer this service as optional. Should you require this emergency support you can discuss this further with a member of our sales team.

How can I pay?
You can make payments by all major Credit and Debit cards, by cheque or cash. We are also happy to open a 30 day credit account for you should you meet our credit acceptance requirements.

What areas do you cover?
We are based right in the heart of London and so we cover all areas within greater London. We also support a large range of clients outside of London by way of remote support or in the case of a project we will travel to any location in the UK.

Can I contact the engineer direct via mobile (I can't make my appointment)?
Our engineers are all managed through our helpdesk operators, if you are not able to make your appointment or need to relay information to the engineer our friendly staff will be happy to help. Special arrangements can be made depending on the needs and circumstances of the business.
