Contract types
Prosyn works with corporate customers to lend support on specific projects such as disaster recovery, network security and office relocations. We can define a guaranteed response time to network issues and include a fixed number of calls per month. We can also perform the daily monitoring of your entire system and offer cover outside of normal office hours - 8am to 8pm or 24/7 - depending on the nature of your business.Alternatively, you may require an on-going arrangement whereby critical cover for your servers and infrastructure is provided by Prosyn leaving your internal staff to concentrate their efforts on desktop support. Every morning, we will check that your backup ran successfully and ensure your antivirus software is up-to-date. PSM also ensures that your disk drives have sufficient capacity and your firewall ports are behaving normally as well as checking your server’s event logs.
