The Scenario

The company has an outdated phone system which is resulting in large costs for the business in BT phone bills, line rental and lost calls. They also have a requirement for remote extensions so that key staff members can work from home.

The Requirement

Installation of a phone system which will reduce call costs and stabilise their phone quality.

The Solution

Prosyn installed a Cisco Unified Communications phone system and set up a SIP account for internet calls. The proposal also included routers and handsets at the key players homes.

The Result

The result is a new reliable phone system, reduced line rental due to using the internet for outbound calls and a significant reduction in call costs. The home user phone extensions allow for key players to work as if at their desks in the office.
