Welcome to our website; let me introduce myself and my team. My name is Roy Castleman and I head up the team at Prosyn. We are a relatively small company of just 15 people, but the majority of that headcount is within the engineering department, giving our team a very detailed and broad IT skillset.

A little about my career and how Prosyn started before I introduce the team - since 1996 I have been working in the City of London in the IT industry supporting networks and consulting for professional organisations that have critical IT systems to support.
Take a detailed look at my history.

On leaving a 7 year career and gaining a good knowledge of IT in the City of London, I started Prosyn Ltd. (PROfessional SYNergy) from home in 2002. Since then, the company has been growing from strength to strength, gaining many notable clients and qualifications along the way. Prosyn is a family business that over the years has had most of the Castleman family employed in some way, shape or form.

As a team, we strongly value the principal of “what goes around comes around” and we look after our clients computer systems as if they are our own. While we would never be as vain to say that we don’t have any problems, we do feel that the mark of a company is how we deal with any issues.

Engineering
Our engineering team is managed by Mietek Wojciechowski (aka Meercat!) who has over a decade of IT knowledge and experience. You may have guessed by his name that he is from Poland, that as you can imagine gives us a problem in the pub on Friday night – namely his expense account!

Administration
Our admin team is led by Lorraine Castleman (my Mom, as I said a family company!). Lorraine has a wealth of knowledge and experience with accounting and book keeping and she makes sure that all of our money is in order.
